Soo Ji Shin is an interior and spatial designer who graduated from University of the Arts London. She has really enjoyed BA course as well as MA there. Soojis is her design studio where she creates fresh and unusual lightings and products. Although her lighting is motionless, Soo Ji strives to create works that feel like they are alive, especially with her chandelier that looks like a gathering of sea creatures being fed. The lighting is made from opaque polypropylene paper and are hand-sewn, which means that each one is unique and produced bespoke to clients’ individual needs.
